League Director Responsibilities:
- Direct the league in accordance with all Carthage Youth Softball bylaws and league rules and to implement rules, policies, and procedures as established by the Board of Directors.
- Coordinate league tryouts and coordinate with coaches and other appropriate directors any pictures, trophies, etc., applicable to the league.
- Maintain an accurate player personnel file on each team in the league.
- Coordinate with Safety Officer with league equipment for each team.
- Schedule all rainout and make-up league games.
- Act as liaison between the coaches, Commissioner and board. Report all disciplinary problems to the Board.
- Keep Won/Loss record for City League.
- To assist at sign-ups and be available for field and complex duties.
- Coordinate with all coaches in the league rules at each age group and an understanding of the USSSA rules.
