Managers and Coaches Responsibilities

  1. Be available for all coaches meetings with the league director.
  2. Make sure all parents are aware of scorekeeper duties when needed for games as well as scorebook duties. (excludes t-ball)
  3. Provide all parents with game and picture schedules as well as any other complex events.
  4. Know the local and USSSA rules for your league.
  5. Sign in (and out at the end of the season) the inventory sheet for the equipment with the League Director of your age for the Carthage Youth Softball.
  6. Help make parents and players aware of their duty to help continue the cleanliness of our complex. (dugouts, fields, and bleachers) 
  7. Please do not practice if the softball fields are wet!
