- Be available for all coaches meetings with the league director.
- Make sure all parents are aware of scorekeeper duties when needed for games as well as scorebook duties. (excludes t-ball)
- Provide all parents with game and picture schedules as well as any other complex events.
- Know the local and USSSA rules for your league.
- Sign in (and out at the end of the season) the inventory sheet for the equipment with the League Director of your age for the Carthage Youth Softball.
- Help make parents and players aware of their duty to help continue the cleanliness of our complex. (dugouts, fields, and bleachers)
- Please do not practice if the softball fields are wet!
